These Terms govern your use of yhc.am and any tickets or services purchased through it. Operator: ANTHONY WAZIR KAJOYAN IE (trading as YHC — Yerevan House Community), Yerevan, Armenia. Contact: info@yhc.am · +374 99 913 765.
We organize electronic music events, curate artist line-ups, and sell tickets directly to the public through yhc.am.
Tickets are sold exclusively through yhc.am or authorized partners. A valid ticket grants admission to the specified event, subject to capacity, face control, and adherence to our policies. Each ticket is valid for one person only.
All prices are stated in Armenian Dram (AMD) and include all applicable local taxes. We do not add surcharges for card payments. Prices may change before purchase but not after.
Payments are processed through AmeriaBank vPOS, a certified PCI-compliant gateway. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and ArCa. Your full card details are never seen or stored by YHC. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.
Upon successful payment, a QR-code e-ticket will be sent to your email within 5 minutes. Present it — on phone or printed — with valid photo ID at the door. If not received within 15 minutes, contact tickets@yhc.am.
✅ Full refund if requested more than 72 hours before event start time
❌ No refund within 72 hours of event start time
✅ Full automatic refund if YHC cancels the event
🔄 Ticket transfer to another person permitted at any time
To request a refund: email tickets@yhc.am with your order number. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for: failure to attend, personal plan changes, illness, dissatisfaction, face control denial, or denial for lack of ID / visible intoxication.
Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Holders may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement. After 14 days, tickets are non-refundable but valid for the new date.
If YHC cancels an event, all ticket holders receive a full automatic refund within 10 business days. YHC is not liable for additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
Admission is subject to face control and security screening. Venue security reserves the absolute right to refuse or remove anyone without providing a reason and without a refund.
All YHC events are strictly 18+ unless stated otherwise. Valid government-issued photo ID required. Digital copies not accepted. Failure to present ID = refused entry without refund.
YHC maintains all transaction records for a minimum of 3 years in compliance with Armenian financial regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan.
