  • Transaction data: ticket purchases, order IDs (card details processed solely by AmeriaBank — never seen by YHC)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies)
  • Communications: emails, contact form messages
  • Marketing preferences: email opt-in status

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Process ticket purchases and send QR-code e-tickets
  • Send event notifications relevant to your booking
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve our website (analytics)
  • Comply with Armenian legal obligations
  • Send marketing emails (only if you explicitly opt in)

4. Payment Security

🔒 Your card data is never stored by YHC. All payments are processed exclusively by AmeriaBank vPOS over SSL/TLS encryption. We receive only a transaction confirmation — never your card number or CVV.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: AmeriaBank (payment processing), email providers (ticket delivery), venue partners (door list), legal authorities (when required by Armenian law).

6. Data Retention

  • Transaction records: 3 years (Armenian financial regulation)
  • Account data: until account deletion + 30 days
  • Contact messages: 12 months
  • Marketing preferences: until unsubscription

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact info@yhc.am. We will respond within 30 days.
